stories involving false witness identifications in Texas years ago leading to
the imprisonment of innocent citizens,” he explained. “I wrote the revised and expanded witness identification policy for the
agency, which was asked to be shared with numerous agencies as a template. I
received numerous commendations and awards during my tenure.”
