RobertScott Russell, former Naples police officer, has worked with the U.S.
Department of State’s Office of Antiterrorism Assistance since 2016. He holds
both a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership specializing in
Conflict and Dispute Resolution, and a Master of Science in Human Resource
Development and Administration.
Mr.
Russell founded the Intel Research
Group, a Naples, Florida-based corporation in 2019 where he offers a full
suite of investigative services for clients.
