Robert Scott Russell Naples: Doctoral Dissertation Research


Robert Scott Russell served as part of the Naples-based Collier County Sherriff’s Office for more than 16 years. During this time, he was also a doctoral student at Nova Southeastern University.


As part of his doctoral dissertation research at Nova Southeastern, Scott examined and evaluated the effectiveness of an early intervention system designed to identify potentially problematic behavior among employees—as well as to offer management opportunities to intervene prior to the onset of liability exposure.
