Robert Scott Russell – a former police officer with the Naples
Police Department – enjoyed a long and successful career in public service.
Over the course of his career in police work, Scott earned a number of command
recognitions, a lifesaving award, a Phoenix Award and multiple letters of
commendation. Scott now works as a Researcher in Law Enforcement and Public
Policy and as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
